Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups semi-sweet baking chips, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350. Beat sugar and butter until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour. tir in 1 cup chips. Press into bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake fpr 30 to 35 minutes until top is just light brown. Immediately sprinkle with remaining chips. Let stand about 5 minutes or until chips are shiny, then spread evenly. Cool completely on wire rack and cut into squares.
