Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup grated pineapple
- 2/3 cup cream

Preparation
Step 1
Boil sugar and cream for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and beat until smooth and thick.
Two one half of icing add the 2/3 cup of grated pineapple.
Uses mixture to spread between layers of cake.
Three main derma icing add more pineapple to make it spread smoothly and top rest of cake.
