Ingredients
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 pkg (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 34 to 36 min. or until golden brown.
JAZZ IT UP:
Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup each finely chopped red peppers and green onions to the batter before spooning into baking dish.
SUBSTITUTE:
Replace cornbread mix with 3/4 cup each: cornmeal and flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. baking powder. Continue as directed.
