Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 small sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup raisons
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- Frosting
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. cream
- 1 lb. power sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add sour cream.
Combine flour, salt, baking power and baking soda gradually mix into mixer.
Fold in raisons, nuts, dates.
Fill mini cup cake pans bake 15 minutes
