Ingredients
- 20 Crushed Crackers
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 4 Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Egg Substitute
- 1 cup Red, Yellow, & Green Pepper Strips
- 1 med. Onion - Strips
- 1 clove Garlic - Crushed
- 3 Tbs Margarine or Butter
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbs All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cup Cooked Bow tie Pasta

Preparation
Step 1
1.) In a shallow bowl, combine crackers & Italian Seasoning. Dip each Chicken breast in egg sub & coat w/ cracker mixture. Set aside.
2.) In a Lrg. Skillet, over Med-High heat, cook Peppers, Onion & Garlic in 1 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter until tender-crisp; remove from skillet. In same skillet, cook Chicken in 1 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter until golden brown on both sides, adding remaining margarine or butter as needed, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove Chicken to serving platter; keep warm. Blend Chicken broth & flour; stir into pan drippings. Heat until mixture thickens & begins to boil; stir in Pepper mixture & heat through. Server over Chicken & pasta.
