Sweet & White Potato Spears

I cook french fried sweet potatoes so my kids were excited on this new way! microwaved 1st and then baked and just added some oil and sprinkled with seasoned salt or sea salt and they were pretty good!

  • Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into thin spears
  • 1-1/2 lb. baking potatoes (about 3), cut into thin spears
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 375°F.

TOSS potatoes with dressing.

SPREAD onto lightly greased baking sheet.

BAKE 1 hour or until potatoes are tender, turning after 30 min. and topping with cheese the last 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
