Ciabatta Bread
This recipe has the dough made in the Bread Machine but you could make it by hand if you prefer. I can't knead dough so I always start in the machine.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 1 1/2 t Salt
- 1 t Sugar
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 3 1/4 c All Purpose or Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 t Active Dry Yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer and use the Dough cycle.
Take dough out and place on floured surface, cover with a bowl. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Divide into 2 loaves, shape, and let rise for 45 minutes.
Bake at 425ºF 25-30 minutes.
