  • 3 cups snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add peas and ginger; saute 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and black pepper.
