Ingredients

  • 4-6 chicken breast
  • 2 c. ckciken stock
  • 1 can cream ckicken soup
  • frozen peas or green beans
  • 4 T. flour
  • stick of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • Cheese biscuits
  • 1 c. s/r flour
  • 1/2 c. crisco
  • 3/4 grated sheese
  • 1/4 c/ milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook checken breast with 1/2 onion and celery. Sute the rest of the onion wiin butter with flour to make sauce. Add 2 c. chicken stock and cream of chicken soup cook till thickened add peas and put in a casserole dish. Mix the ingredients and cut biscuits and place on top of casserole.

Bake at 350-400 until biscuits are brown.
