Ingredients
- 1 Breast Chicken, Boneless, Skinless & Cleaned
- 1/2 # Rotini Pasta
- 1 C Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 1 C Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1/4 C Kalamata Olices
- 2 T Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 T EVOO
- 1 T Butter
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta Per Instructions, Drain & Rinse. **RESERVE 1 CUP WATER***.
Medium Skillet Medium Heat Add EVOO & Butter, Add Chicken Breast. Cook Until Brown Both Sides, 5 Minutes Each. Set Aside Before Cutting Into Bite Sizes.
Large Bowl, Add ALL Ingredients, Mix Well. Add Reserve Water if Needed.
Salt & Pepper to Taste.
