Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 jar kraft caramel sauce, heated
  • 2 quarts ice cream, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Add floour, oatmeal, brown sugar and nuts. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Stir once. Crmble while hot in a 9x 13 pan. Drizzle half the caramel sauce. Spread ice cream on the crumbs. Add remaining crumbs on top and drizzle the rest of the caramel sauce. Freeze.
