  • 1 pkg (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 orange, zested & juiced
  • 1 Granny Smith appled, peeled, cored & chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 can (16 oz) cream cheese frosting

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using 1/2 cup orange juice mixed with enough water to make 1 1/3 cups. Add 1 Tbsp. orange zest, chopped apple and walnuts. Pour batter into greased & floured 12-cup Bundt pan. Bake 40 minutes. Cool. In microwave oven on high power, heat frosting (lid & foil removed) for 30 seconds. Stir; heat 10 more seconds or until liquid. Spoon frosting over cake.
