Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen halved strawberries
1/3 cup OJ concentrate
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs OJ
3 tbs orange liqueur

Preparation

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine the strawberries, OJ concentrate, sugar, and OJ. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Add liqueur and stire in, spoon over waffles or pancakes.
