Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 T sugar
- 3 T orange liqueur
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- Pinch salt
- 5 T melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor with steel blade or blender and process a few seconds until thoroughly blended and smooth
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
