Ingredients
- 2 C fresh mushrooms chopped coarsely
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1.2 C chicken broth
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 TBSP flour
- 1/2 C sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Saute Mushrooms, garlic, onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
Stir in paprika, salt and pepper.
Spoon into crock pot.
Cut chiken breasts into strips and add to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours
Stir together flour and sour cream.
Stir into chicken mixture and cook on low for 10 more minutes.
