Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 TB butter
- 4 medium apples, peeled if desired and thinly sliced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place 9x13 pan (glass preferred) in the oven to heat. Beat the eggs, flour, milk and salt on medium speed for 1 minute. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Take the pan out of the oven and put butter in pan moving it around to coat the pan bottom and sides. Spread the apple slices in the bottom of the pan. Pour the batter in the pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Serve immediately.
