Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. sour cream
  • 2 tb. lemon juice
  • 1 tb. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. papricka
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 chicken cutlets
  • 1 8oz. herb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Step 1

Oven temp. 375 degrees
Combine first 6 ingredients. Lightly pound chicken. Dip chicken into sour cream mixture to coat. Roll in crushed stuffing mix. Arrange in shallow baking pan. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 min. or till done.
