These are delicious!! The order of the items being put into the crock pot is really important to avoid burning. Also, placing the paper towels under the lid is really important. There cannot be any condensation in the chocolate mix or you'll have lumpy chocolate. The paper towel will 100% solve that problem.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz. dry roasted peanuts
  • 4 oz. German chocolate
  • 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz. white almond bark

Step 1

1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker in the order listed.
2. Place a paper towel over the crock pot and place the lid on top of the crock pot.
3. Cook on low for 1 hour (no peeking!).
4. After an hour, stir to combine everything.
5. Put the paper towel on top of the crock pot and replace the lid.
6. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
7. Drop spoonfuls of the candy on a sheet of parchment paper and allow to cool completely.
8. Depending on your room, this could take 2-3 hours.
Recipe time does not include dropping spoonfuls onto the parchment.
