Ingredients
- 1/2 medium head cabbage - shredded
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 onions - minced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the tomato soup and water until smooth and set aside.
Place half of the cabbage in a greased casserole dish. Heat the oil and stir in hamburger until it loses its rawness. Add onions and 1/2 cup tomato mixture, garlic, salt, pepper and rice. Stir to blend thoroughly. Pour another 1/2 cup tomato mixture over the cabbage in the baking dish. Cover cabbage with the rice-meat mixture. Place the remaining cabbage on top and then cover with the remaining soup mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
