By Addie
"This is a simple and tasty steak from The Post Houses at the Lowell hotel in Manhattan. The times do not reflect marinating times."

Yum a num! We loved these steaks! I used t-bones cause that's what I had here. I only used a half tsp of cayenne cause we're big sissies when it come to hot stuff. They still had lots of flavor. Thanks lazyme!
This was a wonderful Cajun dish. I thought the spices blended well together, and it broiled up nicely. Thanks for sharing, lazyme.
Full of flavor and spice! I served this with fresh greens topped with Babzy's Salad Dressing. It was a wonderful outdoor meal.
Oh yummy!!! What a great way to make a ribeye!! I made this last night for dinner, along with baked potato and salad. Since this was to serve one, I just eyeballed the ingredients and probably cut back a little on the cayenne pepper, because I am a whimp!!! It didn't say what to do with the leftover onion mixture, so I put it in a pan and sauteed them for a bit and served on the side with the steak. Thanks for sharing Lazyme!!! :-)
