Ingredients
- 15-20 ripe tomatoes
- 6 garlic cloves
- 6 onions
- 1/4 cup picling salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 cups zucchini
- 4-6 hot peppers
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 small cans tomatoe paste
- 4 red or green peppers

Preparation
Step 1
Blanch tomates and remove skins.
Chop ,garlic, onions, zucchini,parsley,and peppers. Add remaining ingredents and simmer 2 hours.
Put in jars and process by putting jars in heated oven for 15 minutes
