Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta (6 ozs)
- 2 cups 1 inch pieces asparagus tips
- 1 cup diced smoked turkey
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tblsp grated lemon peel
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta til tender
2. Add asparagus during last 2 - 3 minutes of
cooking; drain; rinse w/cold water; drain
3. Toss pasta, asparagus & turkey in large glass
or plastic bowl
4. Stir in remaining ingredients
5. Cover and refrigerate 1 - 2 hours or until chilled
