Sesame Stir-Fried Asparagus and Peas

Ingredients
- 2 tsp hulled sesame seeds
- 1 1/4 lbs asparagus
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 C minced red onion
- 1 clove garlic, slivered
- 1 C frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Toast sesame seeds in small, heavy skillet over low heat, stirring frequently until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Transfer to plate. Cut asparagus on diagonal into 2 inch lengths. Spray large non-stick skillet. Add oil and heat over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook stirring until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Add asparagus, peas, and salt to pan and cook, stirring frequently until asparagus are crisp-tender and peas are heated through, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds over asparagus and peas and toss to combinel. Serve with rost turkey breast and steamed brown rice.
