Baked Turkey Breast with Apple Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 turkey breast, about 3 lbs
• 1/2 cup apple juice
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
• 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
• 1/4 teaspoon thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine apple juice, honey, herbs and seasonings.

2. Heat oven to 350.

3. Pour glaze over turkey. Bake 1 hour, basting several times.

4. Cover and bake another 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before carving.

Notes: this was good, just not very much flavor infused into the turkey. Might try it again, but would use more honey and would baste more often
