Ingredients
- 1 package chopped frozen broccoli (10 oz), thawed & drained
- 2 T finely chopped onion
- 1/4 pound butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 package Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1/2 pint sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Combine broccoli, onion , butter, eggs and corn muffin mix. Mix well. Lightly stir in sour cream. Pour batter into greased 13 X 9 pan and bake in 400* oven 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and brush top with butter.
