  • 9 " Graham Cracker crust
  • 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 bag of bits o"brickle
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of light corn syrup
  • dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

For the pie, combine the ice cream, 1/2 bag of the brickle. Spoon half of the softened ice cream into prepared pie shell. Sprinkle 1/2 bag of the brickle on top. Heap with the remaining ice cream and freeze.

For the sauce: Combine the sugar, evaporated milk, 1/2 bag of brickle, butter, corn syrup and a dash of salt. Bring to a boil over low heat for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in remaining brickle. Cool, stirring cooasionally. Chill.

To serve:
Stir sauce well, then spoon over individual pie wedges. Remaining sauce may be stored in refrigerator.
