Ingredients
- 6 T soy bean oil
- 1 large spanish onion
- 24 oz thin sliced rib eye or eye roll steak
- Cheese Whiz
- 4 crusty Italian rolls
- sweet green and red peppers sauteed in oil, optional
- mushrooms sauteed in oil, optional
- ketchup, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Heat an iron skillet or a nonstic pan over med heat. Add 3 T oil to the pan, and saute onions to desired doneness, then remove onions. Add remaining oil, and saute slices of meat quickly on both sides. Melt cheez whiz in double broiler or microwave, and place 6 oz of meat into rolls. Add onions, pour cheez whiz over top, and garnish with hot or fried sweet peppers, musrooms and ketchup.
