Mom's Lasagna

This is the lasagna we remember Mom making when we were growing up. Just use your favorite spaghetti sauce recipe.

Ingredients
- Ricotta filling:
- Lasagna noodles
- Spaghetti sauce
- 6 hard cooked eggs
- 1/2 lb diced ham
- 1 lb small, cooked meatballs
- Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cartons ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- Dried basil and oregano

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta al dente, drain and set aside. Prepare sauce and set aside.
Cook eggs, peel and chop; dice the ham; make meatballs, cook and set everything aside.
Make ricotta filling and set aside.
Grease 9x13 pan and layer lasagna as follows;
Spoon sauce over bottom of pan; add
1 layer of noodles, 1 layer of ricotta mixture, handfuls of hard-cooked eggs, diced ham, meatballs, and mozzarella. Then repeat layers again ending with noodles,and a final layer of spaghetti sauce. Can top with cheese if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
