Ingredients

  • 8 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 large Red Delicious apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Divide the lettuce between bowls and top with the apples, grapes, walnuts, celery and chicken. Stir the yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the sale and serve.
