Ingredients
- 1 lb crumbled sweet Italian sausage, cooked
- Pasta Shells, cooked as directed on pkg & set aside while mixing filling
- FILLING
- 12 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 12 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 T chopped parsley
- 3 oz chopped fresh baby spinach
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 t coarse ground pepper
- SAUCE
- 29 oz tomato sauce
- 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes with sauce
- 3/4 c pinot Grigio wine
- 2 T basil
- 2 T oregano
- 2 t garlic, minced
- 1 t sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients for sauce in lg pan & cook over med heat for 20 min.
Fill cooked shells with the stuffing & place in 9x13 baking dish. Cover with sauce. Cover & bake 30 min.
