Ingredients
- Juice squeezed from 4 oranges
- Cup white wine
- 4 garlic sliced
- Butter & oil. 1 tblsp
- Add spices to make paste: 1 tsp ancho Chile
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- .5 tsp cumin
- .25 cardamom
- Any other spices you want

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the pork overnight in the juice wine & make several slits in pork & stuff with garlic
Roast at 325 until done
Rub spice paste all over pork (drain juice) before cooking
