Ingredients

  • Juice squeezed from 4 oranges
  • Cup white wine
  • 4 garlic sliced
  • Butter & oil. 1 tblsp
  • Add spices to make paste: 1 tsp ancho Chile
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • .5 tsp cumin
  • .25 cardamom
  • Any other spices you want

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate the pork overnight in the juice wine & make several slits in pork & stuff with garlic

Roast at 325 until done
Rub spice paste all over pork (drain juice) before cooking
