Ingredients
- 2 md Yellw squash, sliced
- 2 md Zucchini, sliced
- 1 md sweet Red Pepper, julienned
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1 envolope Italian salad dressing mex
- 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
1.) In a skillet over med-high heat, stir fry the veggies in oil until tender-crisp, ~3-4 mins.
2.) Sprinkle with salad ressing mix & toss, stir in vinegar and mix well.
