Ingredients
- 2 10oz pkg frozen peas
- 8 1/2 oz can water chestnuts, sliced
- 6 1/4 oz can cashews
- 1/2 lb bacon, fried crisp
- 1 cup sliced green onion
- 1 pint sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw frozen peas but do not cook. Add
water chestnuts and cashews, chopped as desired; crumble bacon before adding to salad; add green onion and sour cream.
Combine well and refrigerate before serving.
