Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
- 1/2 C sour cream
- Optional: mushrooms, artichoke hearts
- 2 C Pepperidge Farm crumb stuffing mix (prepared per package directions)

Preparation
Step 1
Place raw chicken in flat pan (size will depend on how much you are making)
Mix together soup and sour cream (you could add a splash of white wine at this point). Saute mushrooms (if using).
Sprinkle any additional ingredients over chicken. Spread with soup/sour cream mix. Cover with stuffing.
Bake at 350 about 1 hour, or until chicken is done.
