Ingredients
- Place 1 egg in blender & blend 5 seconds. With blender running, slowly add 1 cup olive oil til thick. Add:
- 8 ounces corkscrew macaroni
- 1/2 cup Parmesan dressing (see below)
- 10 ounces of fresh spinach, torn
- 8 ounces thinly sliced ham, chopped
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
- PARMESAN DRESSING
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Blend til smooth

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta until tender & drain
2. Toss pasta with dressing
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. Cover & chill
5. Srinkle 2 tblsp grated parmesan cheese over
each serving
