- 6 eggs beaten well
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 lemons, juice and rind
- 1/4 lb. butter

Step 1
Place in double boileer, cook untilthick stiring constantly.Serve in small tart shells. Can be topped with whipped cream. to store, keep in frig.
