Ingredients
- Cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/8 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Shred carrot in food processor. Switch to thin slicer blade and slice cabbage. Mince garlic.
In pot, add vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Bring to just the boiling pot, stirring. Pour over cabbage/carrot/garlic mixture.
