Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • FILLING:
  • 1 3oz pkg raspberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 15 oz pkg. frozen raspberries (partially thawed)
  • TOPPING:
  • 32 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream (whipped) or 1 pkg Dreamwhip (prepared)

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST:
Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into 9x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

FILLING:
Stir jello and water together until dissolved. Mix together. Chill until syrupy. Add raspberries. Pour over cooled crust. Chill until set.

TOPPING:
Melt marshmallows in milk in a double boiler. Cool completely. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into cooled marshmallow mixture. Spread over firm raspberry jelly mixture. Chill.
