Sauce- 1½ cup mayo ⅓ cup vinegar (I used some white and a little balsalmic) ⅓ cup Major Grays Mango chutney ( international food section) 3Tablespoons curry powder (to taste) 11/2teaspoon salt pepper to taste Filling- 3 whole cooked chicken breasts (shredded or chopped) Roughly dice- 3 celery stalks 4 green onions ¼ cup raisins ¼ cup roasted cashews(roas on stovetop) 1 peeled apple

Ingredients

  • Sauce-

  • Filling-

  • 3

    whole cooked chicken breasts (shredded or chopped)

    celery stalks, chopped

  • 4

    green onions, chopped

  • ¼

    cup raisins

  • ¼

    cup roasted cashews(roas on stovetop)

  • 1

    peeled apple, chopped

Directions

Mix the sauce ingredients together. Add diced ingredients and mix well. This is just a basic recipe. I add whatever I have (carrots etc) and serve it on wraps, sliced bread or romaine leaves.
