FRENCH TOAST

I love to make French toast and am always looking for new recipe. Found this one and no more looking - it is good,

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 Tbsp Milk
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 6 slices of bread

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredents except the bread.
a whip is best to use and whip it good.

Put on the stove, over medium heat, a pan that is non- stick. Put about 1 tsp of oil and a tbsp
of butter and let it get hot. Dip the bread into the egg mixture and into the pan. One at a time.
Serve with a pat of butter and maple syrup.
