Salsa

This is my best salsa recipe that my wife made. It is truly our family favorite and I recommend it to all of you. I usually triple the recipe and make 3 quarts at a time.

Ingredients
- 6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Serrano Peppers, seeded, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed Lime juice
- Zest of half the lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl or non-reactive pan, mix all the ingredients together.
Let sit in kitchen overnight.
Ingredients will fit into a quart jar.
Enjoy right away or refrigerate until used.
