Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas, 6"
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 pound ground round
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 450.
2. Place tortillas on a heavy baking sheet. Put another baking sheet on top. Bake 8-10 minutes - until crisp.
3. Saute beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain off fat; add seasonings.
4. For each tostada top with meat, cabbage, salsa, and cheese.
Notes: Delicious and easy. Used romaine instead of cabbage and added some chopped avocado.
