Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons light butter
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 10 ounces bread dough
- 1 egg, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute cabbage and onion in butter until tender.
2. Add beef. Cook until done. Season, sprinkle with flour. Cook 1 min. Take off heat.
3. Heat oven to 350.
4. Cut dough into 4 pieces. Stretch out thin. Top with beef on one side, fold dough over to cover, brush edges with egg, seal.
5. Brush with egg, bake 25 mins.
Pastry needs to be thin. Taste good, but not Runzas.
