Ingredients
- 1 pkg of active dry yeast
- 1 c of warm water
- 1 1/2 tsp of salt
- 4 c of flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add wet to dry and kneed into a smooth dough
2. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a damp warm cloth - place in a draft free area in your house for a few hours.
3. After a few hours the dough should be doubled in size. Punch it down and form a loaf. Cut the loaf into 3 equal sizes and place into three lightly oiled bowl with a warm damp cloth to cover the bowl.
4. Place in a draft free area for another hour. - after that you are ready to make pizzas.
