Ingredients

  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 lb ground beef, raw
  • 16 oz can refried beans
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 lasagne noodles, uncooked
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine taco seasoning, beef, beans, oregano and garlic powder. Place 4 noodles in the bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. Spread 1/2 the beef mixture over the noodles. Top with 4 more noodles and remaining mixture. Cover with 4 more noodles. Combine water and salsa. Pour over noodles. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Combine sour cream, onions and olives. Spoon over lasagne. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
