Ingredients
- 10 oz heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ox brown bread made into fine crumbs
- 3 oz brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules (or less if desired)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly whip cream together with vanilla. Mix all other ingredients together. In a serving dish or small glasses, layer the cream and the dry ingredients finishing with a layer of cream. Grate chocolate on top to decorate. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for a few hours or preferably overnight.
