Ingredients
- 1-3 lb Round Steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- Emerils Seasoning
- 1 sm. can tomatoe sauce
- 8 oz of sliced mushrooms
- 1 sm. onion - diced

Step 1
Place steak in a roasting pan, season with salt, pepper and Emerils seasoning.
Pour Tomatoe sauce over top, sprinkle mushooms and onions on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. serve sauce as a grave.
serve with rice
Variation: use cream of mushroom soup instead of tomatoe sauce
