Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • Option: for added protein & fiber add 1 scoop Viance Vitality Blend
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk (we use Silk Pure Almond)
  • 2 organic apples
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt* (we use Chobani)
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 4 tbsp toasted slivered almonds

Make Ahead Oatmeal for those who “ Don’t Have Time for Breakfast”

Start your day off right with a healthy, nutritious and incredibly easy breakfast. Combine your oats, almond milk, shredded apple, Greek yogurt and chia seeds the night before so your breakfast will be ready to grab and go in the morning.

In a medium bowl, combine oats, chia seeds and almond milk

In the meantime, peal and grate the apples. Add lemon juice and honey and mix well

Add greek yogurt and apples to the oat mixture. Mix well and refrigerate overnight
