Ingredients
- Garnishes:
- 4-15 oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 32 oz chicken stock
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- Hot Sauce (optional)
- Sour Cream
- Cilantro
- Green Onion
- Mexican blend cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine beans and stock. Bring to a boil. Add soup mix. Meanwhile, brown onion in olive oil. Add all ingredients into a CrockPot. Cook on High for 4 hours.
